Persona

Persona explores ideas around how cancel culture and social media encourage quick assumptions. The personas within this project have special powers and abilities inspired by the way people label others. Each persona showcases these typically negative qualities as superpowers. I used the concept of a video game character start-screen, where strengths and weaknesses are portrayed simply. 

I produced the concept identity, custom illustrations, and character creation for this project. I also took film photographs to place the characters in the world.
